The End of a Journey
We have been blessed to be entrusted with the care of many wonderful people as they end their life’s journey with us. We support our resident’s and their loved ones during this time and invite the families to make themselves at home. Our small setting and dedicated caregivers provide care to you and your loved one.

Our staff are more highly certified than traditional assisted living facilities, we have Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses in the building. This means we can provide not only the personal care you need, by the high level medical services and transferring needs as well. All in the privacy of your master suite!

A special thanks to all the employee’s at Cherrywood Advanced Living in Richmond for the care they gave our Dad for the last year-and-a-half that he called home. He was very happy there and are grateful for the care he received.

Thank you so much for the lovely remembrance of Kay. The garden plaque will be placed in a prominent spot. Most of all, thank you for your care of Kay. We truly believe she received the best of care!

My mom had experienced some changes due to cancer treatment and we were looking for a place that would be able to assist with her increasing needs.  Cherrywood was able to supply what she needed for the next four years. The staff provided a place she could feel was home during the transitions she faced. With the leadership of the housing manager and RN case manager, we were confident  that my mom was always well taken care of and treated with dignity and respect. The care team at the facility was wonderful during her last days. They treated her as family. I knew she felt loved and cared for and I was confident that she was when I went home. She often thanked the staff for their care.

Thanks again for a facility that provided a place she could  call home.
